• Your WhatsApp phone number, when you message us or join the waitlist.
• The photos, descriptions and prices you send us about items you want to sell or buy.
• Messages you exchange with our agent on WhatsApp, and your replies to offers.
• If you join the waitlist: your city, whether you want to sell, buy or both, and the categories you pick.
• Deal records: offers made, your approvals, pickup times, and payment status for sales that run through Soldout.

• Create and manage your listings, and negotiate with buyers on your behalf.
• Match buyers with items they asked to be notified about.
• Arrange pickups and run payments for completed deals.
• Tell you when Soldout opens in your city or when items you want drop.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your messages for advertising.

• Buyers see your listing: the item, photos, price and pickup area. Your phone number is shared with a buyer only after you approve their offer.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages themselves — their own terms and privacy policy apply to that transport.
• Payment providers see the details needed to move money for a deal you approved.
• We share data only if the law requires it, and only what it requires.

Messages and deal records are stored on secured servers. We keep them while your listing or deal is active, and after that only as long as needed for records, dispute resolution, or until you ask us to delete them.
