The short version: be decent, sell real things.
Using SOLDOUT
You must be 18 or older to buy, sell or claim a username. One account per person. Usernames are reserved in the order we receive them and can be released if unused or if they impersonate someone.
Listings
Everything you list must be a real item you own and are allowed to sell. Our AI helps write and price the listing, but you stay responsible for the description, condition and delivery.
Offers and deals
An accepted offer is a commitment between buyer and seller. SOLDOUT does not process payments or hold money — buyers and sellers settle directly between themselves and arrange handover.
Banned stuff
No counterfeits, stolen goods, weapons, live animals, recalled products, or anything illegal where you live. We can remove listings and close accounts that break this.
Changes
We are early and these terms will evolve. We will tell you by email before anything meaningful changes.
