Terms of Service

Soldout is an agent that works over WhatsApp. For sellers, it drafts listings, sets prices, negotiates with buyers within your floor price, and arranges pickups. For buyers, it finds items and brings you offers. Soldout is not the seller or buyer in any deal — we facilitate deals between users.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use a WhatsApp number you control.
• You may have one account per WhatsApp number. Text DELETE to +91 70907 65368 to close it.

• You must own the item, or be authorised to sell it.
• Your photos and descriptions must be accurate. Misrepresenting an item voids the deal and may end your account.
• You set a floor price. Our agent will not accept an offer below it without your explicit approval.
• You must honour any deal you approve, including the pickup time and item condition as described.

• A serious offer is locked with a refundable ₹99 Token. The Token is returned if the seller backs out or the item is not as described.
• Inspect the item at pickup. If it materially differs from the listing, refuse it and the deal is off.
• Payment runs through Soldout — never pay cash at a meetup, and never pay outside the Soldout flow. Payments made outside Soldout are not protected.

Buying is free. Sellers pay one flat fee, shown before you approve a deal, only when the sale completes. No sale, no fee.

• Anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or unsafe to resell.
• Weapons, drugs, live animals, adult content, and stolen data or accounts.
• Harassing buyers, sellers, or our agent; bypassing Soldout to complete a deal off-platform after we introduced the parties.

We may refuse, remove, or cancel any listing or account that breaks these terms.

• A seller who cancels an approved deal or doesn't show up forfeits the buyer's Token refund protection and may be removed from Soldout.
• A buyer who doesn't show up without cancelling may forfeit their ₹99 Token.

Deal payments are processed by our payment providers. Payouts to sellers are made after the buyer confirms pickup. Refunds of the ₹99 Token are returned to the original payment method.

Soldout facilitates deals but does not own, inspect every item, or guarantee every outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the deal in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can stop using Soldout at any time by texting DELETE to +91 70907 65368. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse of our agent or users.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page, and the updated date at the top will change. Continuing to use Soldout after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
